"We contacted J & K Concrete to make a new set of outdoor steps at my mother's home. The old steps were uneven, tall and narrow - making them very unsafe for her. When Jack replaced them in a beautiful stamped finish, he made them wide enough for her walker and not so tall. This has made it much easier for us to get her up and down them.

"A few years back I constructed a new garage which included a long floor drain and exceptional drainage. I contracted Jack and Keri at J&K Concrete for all of the concrete work on the project. I was most impressed with Jack’s ability to understand exactly what I wanted done and his ability to provide exactly what I wanted. This year I decided to remove and replace the 34x20 concrete apron in front of my shop with a larger slab. "In February 2016 I asked Jack Jones @ J & K Concrete, Inc. for an estimate for a 2 car garage project that included cutting through and removing an existing 4-foot tall concrete wall, excavating and building a new retaining wall in to the garage wall. I received their estimate a few days later. I asked when he could start and he said June 6th. I signed him up and June 6th, over 3 months later, Jack showed up to start the job right on time. When was the last time you had a contractor fulfill a promise like that? I call that integrity. Timeliness, real & accurate estimates and honesty are among many remarkable things about J & K Concrete, Inc. The real reason to write this letter is the character and skill of Jack. It is rare to watch anyone work so intently on his work, and so thoroughly enjoying it. We wanted to extend our thanks and gratitude for the wonderful concrete work that was completed at our house. We are overwhelmed as to how beautiful the garage floor, driveway and walkway look. The attention to detail done by the crew is amazing! You can certainly tell they are professionals. When watching the crew work it was almost as though they were able to read each others mind, knowing what to do next and where to be. I want to apologize if I was overstepping my bounds by taking pictures and videos but based on our previous experience with another company, I will admit I was a bit cautious. Also, it was almost three years to the date of when we had the first floor done so I wanted to capture the exciting moment in time when we were going to put that horrible experience behind us and move on.
